The key has been altered to be more idiomatic for the brass choir and some of the development material has been shortened. Scored for an ensemble of 4 trumpets (1 piccolo), 4 horns, 3 trombones, euphonium, tuba and percussionist, this versatile group performs this large scale work with all the grandeur that the composer intended.
